Very respectable, fairly intelligent (but I'm bias) and subzero on drama scale. Isn't it wonderful. :) One cat... "Ruff"... you won't see him, as he's a rescue cat and will be scared of you for months, but he's very clean, trained, loving and gentle. We smoke indoors, but keep the house nice and fresh (and smoke-and-dander-free) with circulated air, flowers, Febreeze, Ouzt, etc. I'm a professional office worker based in Redlands, and she is a general hotel manager. Good history of paying bills, so you won't have cold showers or death-by-candlelight! You can sign a lease with the complex and be stuck for x months, or bypass signing and alternately arrange an open-ended or month-to-month term. Otherwise  I most likely have it..   As you walk though the Bright and Sunny large kitchen to the backyard, you  enter the Beautiful covered patio with nice cushy patio furniture that you can kick it in, maybe read a book o enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning.   The backyard also has a new wooden fense for  that Extra Privacy for your dip in the pool.  it's a Great backyard for small pool party.   (but this is NOT a Party house).  If you have a dog or doggy's the backyard is a safe place for them  when they are outside.
