Very respectable, fairly intelligent (but I'm bias) and subzero on drama scale. Isn't it wonderful. :) One cat... "Ruff"... you won't see him, as he's a rescue cat and will be scared of you for months, but he's very clean, trained, loving and gentle. We smoke indoors, but keep the house nice and fresh (and smoke-and-dander-free) with circulated air, flowers, Febreeze, Ouzt, etc. I'm a professional office worker based in Redlands, and she is a general hotel manager. Good history of paying bills, so you won't have cold showers or death-by-candlelight! You can sign a lease with the complex and be stuck for x months, or bypass signing and alternately arrange an open-ended or month-to-month term.
