A very quiet neighborhood, less than 1 mile from the main shopping center and 91 freeway. This is the most safe, friendly, and quiet place to live for any local college student or single person looking for privacy. A must see! Condo comes with a washer and dryer, very large HDTV, beautiful suede couch, spacious refrigerator, among many other common necessities of any normal household. The benefits of your new room will include: - Private porch with BBQ - Community pool - Community spa - Workout room - Permit and/or garage parking Rent is 766 a month, with UTILITIES INCLUDED. SPECIAL MOVE IN ONE MONTH PRICE IS 667. Deposit will be $300. You are welcome to move in as soon as possible at no additional charge!!! Your new room will come unfurnished with a mirrored wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom except for the occasional sharing of the shower. All counter and cabinet space can be used for your personal needs.
