About Me & My Rental
I work for AT&T as a quality analyst/spanish editor and have been at my job for 17 years. I am wanting to rent so as to offset the cost of living challenge that everyone is faced with and looking for a responsible , honest, individual who wishes to have the same qualities and is easy to get along with. I am usually gone most of the evening as i work the swing shift. I love to go to the theater, watch movies or plays, enjoy music of all kind, hiking, swimming, bike riding, skiing, reading, and all things that are outdoors.

What I am Looking For...
Person preferably female, who is responsible, honest, trustworthy, not a party animal, person with a good employment record, pays their bills on time, is a person of their word, says and does what they say they will do. Not a procrastinator, or prevaricator but gets the job done when said they will. Having a good credit rating is essential, but for someone starting out on their own is okay as well. Not a hindrance or problem, just so as they know that priorities are what counts
